His role involves running Radley Green on a day-to-day basis and more specifically, he manages a high-performing team of consultants working closely with growth companies. Daragh’s team recruits for roles from at all levels of Accounting and Finance in the UK and internationally. They work with startups, scale-ups, VC and PE backed businesses through to global and FTSE listed companies.
