As a Co-founder and Director, Conan has 20 years’ experience in Finance recruitment. His role involves running Radley Green on a day-to-day basis and more specifically, he manages the Qualified / Senior Finance team. Conan’s team recruits for roles from newly qualified accounting professionals to Finance Directors and CFO level in the UK and internationally. They work with startups, scale-ups, VC and PE backed businesses through to global and FTSE listed companies.
