Philip is founding partner of Philip Hare & Associates LLP, a specialist tax consultancy business which specialises in the Venture Capital Schemes. Philip is a board member of the EIS Association (EISA) and chairs the EISA Tax & Technical Committee. He also advises the Venture Capital Trust Association on VCT tax matters. He is a member of the VCT Technical Committee for the Association of Investment Companies (AIC).
