Remento was in a typical early-stage startup phase. We were moving really quickly, shipping a lot of stuff to get feedback as fast as possible. We were highly iterative and experimental in our approach, but needed to evolve as the business grew. James helped us navigate the journey of pivoting our product into something that truly resonated with our users' needs. As a result, we built a more sustainable approach that aligned better with our mission of helping families preserve their most precious memories.
